O

Order Forecast

An order forecast estimates when and how much a retail partner is likely to reorder based on stock, sell-through, and historical behavior. Order forecasts are used to trigger sales actions, not to replace human judgment.

In wholesale execution, order forecasts help sales teams prioritize partners, time follow-ups, and reduce reactive selling. Forecasts are most effective when they are continuously updated and directly linked to execution workflows.
